Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

10-11/02/2016: after spending my last few days in Beijing, mainly resting and organising the next steps of the trip (and a little bit stuck there against my will, as all transports were full because of the Chinese New Year), I finally got a bus ticket to go to Zhangjiajie.

Travelling alone / Voyager seul

You can be travelling with your closest person on Earth, you will not be tired at the same time, you will not always like to see the same things, you will not fancy the same kind of transportation, accommodation, food, at the same moment, that is a fact.

The airport of Carcassonne has a special meaning to me: as the closest Ryanair airport from Toulouse, it was my arrival point almost every time I was coming back to France during the 10 years ofContinue reading “Carcassonne airport / L’aéroport de Carcassonne”

The end of my Irish life / La fin de ma vie irlandaise

October 2015: after living ten years in Dublin, I am now ready to give my beloved apartment back and leave Ireland. Temporarily or not? God only knows… Whatever the future will be, I will always keep Ireland in my heart, for its inhabitants, its pubs, its landscapes, its music… Ireland gave me the opportunity toContinue reading “The end of my Irish life / La fin de ma vie irlandaise”
