10-11/02/2016: after spending my last few days in Beijing, mainly resting and organising the next steps of the trip (and a little bit stuck there against my will, as all transports were full because of the Chinese New Year), I finally got a bus ticket to go to Zhangjiajie.
05/02/2016: today, with some friends I met in the hostel, we are going to the Great Wall! There are a few different sites where we can see the Wall, and we have decided to book the tour going to Mutianyu.
03/02/2016: after a few days in Harbin, I took a train and went back to my previous hostel in Beijing and I am ready to visit the Forbidden City!
29/01/2016: I finally arrived in China. The trip itself was fine, and the arrival in Beijing was quick and easy thanks to a fast train going straight from the airport to the city. I even managed to use the metro without getting lost.
28/01/2016: today is my last day in Mongolia, and I spent it in my hotel room.
22/01/2016: the last days of this wonderful trip in the wild Mongolia were amazing too. Our driver and its nice car brought us to Khustain Nuruu National Park where we would spend the second night in a yurt camp.
19-20/01/2016: as we still had plenty of time after seeing Genghis Khan Statue and Turtle Rock, and while we were still in Terelj National Park, my guide brought me to a place where I had a chance to do some dogsledding on the frozen Terelj River.
19/01/2016: I am leaving today for some adventure out of the polluted air of Ulaanbaatar.
16/01/2016: I’m going out of the plane and enjoy my first steps in Mongolia. All my plans, everything I read in guides and Internet is becoming reality, it is a crazy feeling! A bit of stress, as I am now so far away from everything and everybody I know, but a huge excitement at theContinue reading “Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia / Oulan-Bator, Mongolie”
15/01/2016: here I am, I finally left Europe! My last days in France were, as usual, nicely spent at Adrien and Cecile’s place, and yesterday he drove me to Roissy Airport where I took my first flight to Doha. As an Airbus fan, I was glad to fly in an A380 from Qatar Airways forContinue reading “Seoul/Incheon airport”
