Five years ago, we thought wearing a mask was an Asian thing, we did not know what a Pangolin was, and travelling was a normal thing to do, if you wanted to… Five years ago, I finished work and started travelling, so let’s pretend we are five years ago, and Bon Voyage!
10-11/02/2016: after spending my last few days in Beijing, mainly resting and organising the next steps of the trip (and a little bit stuck there against my will, as all transports were full because of the Chinese New Year), I finally got a bus ticket to go to Zhangjiajie.
05/02/2016: today, with some friends I met in the hostel, we are going to the Great Wall! There are a few different sites where we can see the Wall, and we have decided to book the tour going to Mutianyu.
29/01/2016: I finally arrived in China. The trip itself was fine, and the arrival in Beijing was quick and easy thanks to a fast train going straight from the airport to the city. I even managed to use the metro without getting lost.
22/01/2016: the last days of this wonderful trip in the wild Mongolia were amazing too. Our driver and its nice car brought us to Khustain Nuruu National Park where we would spend the second night in a yurt camp.
